Just sold my 21 Mustang GT that was tuned by Wengerd and had a-lot of aftermarket parts on it and just purchased a 24 GT Premium with the bronze pack.

In February it’s going down to Tennessee at HPR to have it tuned and adding some new parts to it:

I made the mistake of adding almost every suspension mod to my 21 and won’t be doing that again.

We live and learn…..

Hi Everyone,

Brian here and I just picked up a 25 Dark Horse in shadow black. Auto with the performance package and just about all the other options. I also had my dealer install the Ford Performance Whipple. I'm super excited to drive this car and I will post some pics when I get it back from the dealer.

Question: Having had a GT years back and put a Rousch SC on it at Tindol Ford and then finding out when I went to sell the car that the Rousch warranty DID NOT transfer to any new owner. I am hesitant to put a Whipple on my S650 DH - (this caused me a great deal of grief selling the car and NO other aftermarket warranty company would put a warranty on the car, zero, none not at any cost)

However, I was told that if you buy the Ford Performance unit and it's installed at a Ford dealer by one of there certified ASE techs that the warranty on it WILL transfer to any new owner of the car does anyone know this to be true ...???

I'd call Whipple on Monday and ask them directly. For now, however, use google to search for the actual warranty available from Whipple and download it. Then read it. It looks to me like it plainly says it will not transfer to the new owner and applies only to the original owner.

Google search result says the opposite, but I am reading the actual warranty document (and you can, too). Calling Whipple, however, you can find out if maybe Junkyard Dog is looking at an older document or otherwise is mistaking what I am reading. Whipple can steer you in the correct direction.

Yes - I pulled the DOC online - and I see it - and actually the whole warranty is weak, including the fact that you can't transfer to a new owner.

Unless I find out different on Monday I will be passing on this MOD cause as stated, I basically had to give away the Mustang I put the Roush on years back. Also, and this is really the most important part, I had to sell it in a private sale which took me over 6 months to find a buyer and at a huge LOSS in $$$, but NO DEALER would take it in trade. The car was perfect no issues at all, fairly new vehicle at the time - and the blower didn't even have 500 miles on it, installed at a Ford dealer Tindol, Ford in NC.

REal important info for all those wanting to SC their S650 - years back NO DEALER IN MY AREA WOULD TAKE MY ROUSH SUPER CHARGED GT IN TRADE, none, zero wouldn't touch it didn't even want to see it😡

Hi everyone, just arrived to the forum. I’m a 1y owner now of a Mustang GT Premium convertible, which I bought new in Dubai. Now I’ve relocated to Switzerland and was so much in love with the car that I took it with me and successfully imported it here. Can’t wait for summer to use it on the Swiss mountain roads.
always dreamt of having a mustang,

even if my daily drivers are a C43 AMG and the new E53 AMG. Great cars, but there is no soul like the mustang brings.

Hello all - after a few months of lurking I finally decided to join the group. I picked up my first Mustang this year - ‘25 Shadow Black GT/PP. This isn’t my first muscle car, or my first 5.0 (had an ‘86 T-bird with one about 20 years ago), but I must say I’m really enjoying the S650 platform so far. I just hit 1000 miles and plan to get my first oil change soon :)…looking forward to many more miles with this one!

Hey everybody,
I just bought my first Mustang a little over a month ago, though I've been looking for a toy for almost a year now. It was either going to be a new Mustang or a used 911 - the Mustang was easier (and cheaper) to get exactly what I wanted.

I came here for support, questions, and answers about my new ride - looking forward to delving into it. Thanks!

Hello,

Picked up a 25 GT 301A with NPP last month. Last Mustang I had was a 96 Cobra that I sold about 8 years ago. Feels great to be back in a Mustang. I’ve got plans for mods but as of now I’m just enjoying the weekend drives.

Hi all, greetings from Spain.

I just pulled the trigger with a vapor blue Dark Horse, and hopefully it will be here by two months.

After several years with an Audi A5 3.0 Quattro I thought it was time to switch to something stupid, and nothing more stupid than swimming against the flow (things are getting weird here in Europe...) with a big, heavy, hungry and loudy machine like this... I couldn't imagine anything better than a 5.0 V8 Mustang to make anyone around hating you :D

It will likely share the garage with the Audi, which is still useful for local shitty weather, and the Skoda Octavia RS we use as daily driver as well.

Unfortunately here In Europe there are almost no options, just GT and DH, with almost nothing to choose apart front caliper colour and seats, but it should be ok. We will see how it goes.

Welcome from Down Under (NZ). I can relate to everything you've said. I didn't have much choice either, but the car I got was pretty much how I would have specced one.
You're going to love it, especially when summer arrives.
