2026 MUSTANG ACCESS FOR OIL FILTER & DRAIN PLUG?

Does anyone know if the 2026 Mustang GT has an access door in the underbelly pan for access to the oil filter and drain plug? Or did Ford use the same type of underbelly pan which requires removing machine screws and plastic pins for complete removal of the pan in order to drop the oil?

I can't help with the '26. But don't do as I did and remove the front under panel as well. Just the rear bit.

Nope, 20 fasteners hold a belly pan on, 2 of the clips are pretty much single use only

This stumped me. You have clear access to the drain (pictured) but have to remove the belly pan to get to the filter.

Ford had to save that $0.17/car with not having a cheap flap in the pan design. And stupid normies like us shouldn't be messing with the oil filter anyway. That privilege should only be reserved for highly skilled and trained 22 year old techs making $17/hour at licensed Ford dealership shops.
