Thumping sound when turning first thin a cold monring

When it is very cold, I turn he engine on; when I make the first turn of the cold morning there is a horrible thumping sound (coming from the front) I cannot take this to the dealer because it is too infrequent. Seems to depnd on a cold engine in cold weather.

Probably the tyres skipping on the surface due to the Ackerman setting

I have a 2025 GT automatic and encounter the same thump frequently. Mine happens cold or warm, and sound seems to emanate from the transmission, or maybe rear differential. Brought to dealer and of course my car refused to reveal the thump after many tries.
Found a thread with someone having same issue. His dealer gave following instructions when shutting your car off. (I think i put "jolt" in my search and found the thread on this site)

Shift to Neutral
Turn on the Parking Brake
Put the car in Reverse (with your foot on the brake) and idle for 10 seconds
Now put car into Park and Shut off

I know it sounds like BS, but it works for me 90 % of the time. It's ridiculous to have to do this in a new car, and I hope to see a notice from Ford at some point soon since others are having same issue.

It's the summer tires as when it's cold the rubber tires turn in to hockey pucks skidding on the pavement

Search "Knock noise at startup" Lots of us having same problem and other suggested solutions, similar ,but perhaps easier than what i posted

Yeah, must be the sound of them sliding into a curb at a standstill.
