Has anyone made changes to gauge list between the speedo and tach using Forscan? I would like to edit the list ... remove the vacuum/boost gauge .. it is a "flickering" distraction that I don't watch anyway, and the inlet air temp. Removing these two gauges would put my gauges on a single screen. Thanks in advance

Seems like they can be disabled. Not sure what would happen if you did, but I guess you can just put it back if you don't get the desired result. These settings below would need to be messed with to see what happens.

IPC:

I would look at the ones above first and then here if needed. Just make a back up of your IPC first jic.

Yeah, I looked at that spreadsheet and, although I've made a few changes using forscan, I am LOST with out a specific direction - where to start???
I'm a little surprised someone more "tech" oriented than me hasn't edited the gauge selection on an S650 - probably easier than I can comprehend.

This the config in those lines of the IPC from a random 2026 EB Mustang I found at a local dealer:

S650 Mustang Edit gauge selection using Forscan? 1764446730593-8c

06-01: xxFx xxxx xx-- means Boost Vac Display is enabled. So I would change that to an E to disable Boost/Vac and leave everything else as is.

06-01: xxxD xxxx xx-- means IATD is enabled. So I would change that to a D to a 9 do disable IATD and keep everything else the same.

So go there and change that line to xxE9 xxxx xx-- and write it, then go to the wrench icon and reboot the IPC. However, I think all this will do is turn those gauges off in the cluster and replace it with two other gauges. I don't think this will cause the layout of the cluster to change.

I made the Forscan changes to the IPC on my Mustang posted by @rugedraw and; IT WORKED!! Thanks for figuring out the spread sheet coding and posting it for me .... ( I was sure there had to be a way) - the first pic is the screen with the (as built) vacuum boost and inlet air temps, the coding changes made them disapear ...air fuel and voltage were on a separate screen. After the Forscan change, they are now on a single screen - pic 2. THANKS .......

Have any of you tried to adjust the other cluster settings? In particular I like the Track cluster tachometer but I find the rev counter updating for every +-10 rpm distracting, as it adjusts the length of the number every few milliseconds, do you think their might be a way to amend the settings so that it rounds off to each +-100 rpm instead? Or remove the digital number altogether just leaving the tachometer?
