Does anyone know if there is a TSB on the rear fender and front quarter panel fitment? See pics.
It’s the same on both sides.

I’ve heard there is TSB 23-2302 but it’s for the rear fender and rear quarter alignment.

My trunk dips below the rear quarter panel in the middle along the side. I don’t see how it can be adjusted as it is flush at the front and rear. Like it was stamped badly.

A lot if not most new cars "snap" together so much they remind me of Legos. The 2012 sitting next to my GT is that way too. That's what we're dealing with. Everytime I buy my granddaughter a nice Legos set for around $150, she has it put together in an hour or so without reading the instructions. I'll have her take a look at my GT. Mine doesn't fit perfect but, as already said, it's all molded then snapped together. If the mold is off, you know the rest of that........

Car must have been built on a Friday. :giggle:
Only joking, most cars these days have shit quality any day of the week now.

A "car built on a Friday" refers to an automobile that was assembled on a Friday afternoon, a time when workers are often thought to be less attentive or eager to finish the week, leading to a greater likelihood of errors and a less reliable vehicle. This idea is a common trope in automotive culture, describing cars that may have numerous manufacturing defects.

I have the same thing on the rear fender. When I push it in, it stays like that for 10 minutes. Looks like it can't hold on.

If there is a way to fix this I would do that immediatly cause it looks bad.

Did you turn your rubber adjusters out?

On my New 2 week old car, Along the hood on both sides, In the middle of the run it dips below the fender for like 10" long about 1/8" down, then goes back up. No way to fix that!

I bought the car new, 1,000 miles so far. Really frustrating.

On my $70k Dark Horse I spent 4-5 hours messing with the hood as it was way off as well as putting rubber spacers on trunk which was severely sunk in on one side.
It’s absolutely embarrassing Ford, especially when Farley said he was going to make a point to improve build quality a few years ago.
And No I’m not letting the dealer grease monkey idiots try to fix!

Unless there’s a rubber stop in the middle of the trunk side edge, there’s no adjusting. The uneven edge is in the middle while the ends line up.

I’ll look for a mid-trunk adjuster. I’ll take a pic tomorrow to show better.

Sunk is a great way to describe it. Is your trunk sunk on the passenger side? Mine is.

Yep,
I tried messing with the hinge adjustment but didn’t seem to do much.
So I just added a bunch ol layers of double stick tape on the passenger stop and put the rubber piece back over it
