Easy Exit/Entry Life or Death Issue!

I am having an issue with the easy exit/entry feature. It worked for like 15 minutes after I enabled it but not once since. I am literally about to have a stroke trying to figure it out (hence the life or death aspect). Can anyone help? I think I had the same issue with my s550 but got it sorted out.

If I remember correctly, the option for it should be somewhere in the vehicle settings. It may have disabled itself.

I know where it is at, and how to enable it, just not how to get it to actually work.

you could try to set a memory position?
but i think it should just work unless your seat is moved all the way back already

I’ve set the memory position, linked it to my profile, and link my profile to my fob. Still doesn’t work.

i do remember another person having trouble when they linked it to the profile i think try undoing that part and see if it works

Wifeo set memory 3 to let me out. Instead of doing the auto recall she opted to use mem 3 as the seat way back position. In fact i got a chuckle the other day when i watched her slowly glide into position, heard the clutch, and then heard the roar. It was kinda funny seeing her glide closer to the wheel, see her pump the clutch and then the car come alive (reminiscent of the old school kick start motorcycle).

Attach a battery tender to the car and let the battery charge up completely.
The easy entry/exit feature is notorious for just not working when the battery is somewhat low. It has been that way for the S650 and the S550.
