Front Fender line holes gone

Then it should be an assembly issue, no? I would go to dealer, show them, and demand a fix. Meanwhile cover the hole temporary.

This one is funny. Your Mustang ended up being the last one of the batch.
They had to order new covers lol.

Didn't check the build dates on them but one or two I know rolled onto the lot a couple days ago I hadn't seen them there on the way to work until this month. They might be older units that just showed up from a factory order you'd still think the service team would be at least somewhat in the know though. Every time I speak with them they give me the vibe that they just push the button on the computer that takes your money and that's all they know how to do.

Is there a TSB on this? Blank stare and a "I don't know"....... Well can you find out??? ....... "I haven't heard of anything like that"...... Like dude....

Its pretty well established that no dealer knows anything about this and there is no TSB. Why it suddenly got fixed halfway through the the '25 production is a mystery in itself. Going to the dealer to demand a fix is the definition of insanity at this point.

There is no TSB on it. It is just folded flap thats attached to the carpeted underbody panel that Ford decided rather than cut it off, they folded down and screwed it onto the frame. My DH was made in the last week of April
