Congratulations on your Mustang . We hope you've been enjoying your ride!

The timing of this from Ford gave me a good chuckle as I’m sitting at the dealer service center right now (AGAIN) because my car wouldn’t start this morning and gave me a number of fun warning messages

Between this and a failed fuel pump and fuel sender that put it in the shop for a week only 2 weeks after buying it, the enjoyment has been intermittent.

Anyone got racing stripes on their Rapid Red? I'm thinking of adding some. Debating on Matte or Gloss Black 7-8" stripes. Also kind of debating on not doing the stripes and going with a black out roof. Never owned a red mustang/car, trying to get ideas on good color combos.

I don't have stripes, but IMO I think the matte stripes will look better. Gloss black could take away from that gorgeous rapid red paint. I've thought about stripes, too, but kinda like a tattoo I'm having a hard time picking out something semi-permanent. For now she's factory stock. I was not impressed with the factory stripe options for the GT as they look on the rapid red. I think side stripes or Shelby stripes are the way to go. Again, just my opinion. If you do stripe your ride please share it here. I'd love to see it.
