Ordered a front abs splitter said 8 to 10 weeks on July 5th says 6-8 weeks now as a lead time. I'm at the 8 week mark now just wondering if they would be shipping in the next few weeks. I did send an email to make sure the order wasn't lost in the shuffle and just get an update. I haven gotten a response going on nearly a week. My card was charged no replies.

Anymore updates? I'd like to order one to but these leads times are kinda crazy. They probably don't even make the part and might be working with a overseas manufacturer.

Nada, just used the contact us page yesterday. I'm betting it's going to be the same response. Crickets. Going to give it until next Friday then I'm charging back the card

Just a heads up, some card suppliers (visa/mastercard) require you to submit your dispute within 60 days of the purchase. Might be a good idea to go ahead and call your bank to see what their time frame is. 8 weeks is already 56 days.

Good idea. navy federal is usually very good about watching out for their customers. Used my debit card.

Shoot good luck! I waited a while and decided to cancel. Had to pay their restocking fee for something that wasn’t even close to shipping. Most definitely go the dispute route. I asked why I was charged that if I never had it shipped or delivered and returned since that’s the only time I’ve ever paid for restocking fees. Never heard back after asking for an explanation.
