Definitely not the case this time around! We’ve made changes to our process and timelines to make sure orders are handled properly. We know trust has to be earned, and our focus now is on following through and doing better moving forward.

I have a question. Why do you avoid answering any emails? I also had to find your phone number through my credit card...I called you and you gave me an ETA for delivery of 1 month..you also told me not to call you again because this is a personal number......it took 4 months and nothing happened. I tried to called you again multiple times and you avoided my calls. Eventually I had to report the transaction and took my money back.
In other words, based on these facts, you guys are either a scam or just horrible in customer service and business conduction. Either way will never consider you again.

I am interested in the sport front splitter. Just not sure if the fitment will be spot on the sides because the ABS version I had seen didn’t reach all the way to the end of the fender/wheel arch area. And when I ordered 2 years ago customer service was non existent and lost out on some money on my refund/cancellation.

You did not appreciate the feedback when everyone, including myself was emailing you because they did not receive their orders for months. You just took everyones money and stayed quiet, forcing everyone to do chargebacks. There was no apology or accountability for the lack of communication to any of those people. Returning now and asking for renewed business is definitely a bold move. I don't see anyone from this forum who has been burned from your company before going in for seconds.

Don't do it just don't They are just widening their range of bs parts they will never ship to rip people off. I have an abs version well and its falls short. Just painting up some new parts to replace the trash part i was sent.
