RTR Chin Spoiler

First off these spoilers are out of stock everywhere.... but, here's a bit of information for people to read and chew on... There's a couple of vendors out there (won't mention their names) they know who they are. Who are charging $200 to ship a box that weighs approximately 6lbs, including the box. That's total BS and the reason they are doing it is because RTR is currently the only one that offers a chin spoiler (MEANING: YOU WANT ONE YOU'LL PAY WHAT WE SAY). There is a MAP agreement in place on the chin spoilers or anything RTR for that matter, there's no MAP agreement on shipping charges...

Price gouging on items because of NO COMPETITION is really, really, really pathetic, and these companies should be ashamed of themselves. One of these Vendors flat out lied to me on the phone stating: "It's RTR's fault about the shipping charges - which is a total LIE"

My point: if they do this kind of shit what else are they doing ...?

There are at least 6 different chin spoiler options out right now (RTR, NYTOP, LVA, Air Design, Feral Industries, Ebay). That said, all of them except RTR and the ebay/amazon one are way overpriced

If a company is price gouging on the shipping for RTR splitter maybe @RTR Vehicles should be aware so they can stop shipping to those vendors. I don't think RTR wants their customers to be unhappy or experience gouging. That said, I wouldn't hide the name of the company. Put them on blast!

just for reference I did call RTR and they said that they can’t do much about what they do re: shipping charged (basically my opinion, if your stupid enough to pay it then that’s your choice) my reason for posting is making people aware so they don’t push the buy button without LOOKING AT THE SHIPPING COST FIRST

I saw the RTR in person... the thing sticks out far enough you could rest your dinner plate on it. I'm opting for the Feral Industries, myself. Of course, all these things are personal preference. I just have no need to rest dishes on my splitter. Helpful tip on the shipping though, thanks. My dealer is a Ford Performance outlet, and they say they can get about anything for me there. Perhaps they can order one without outrageous shipping tacked on.

- well everyone has to justify what they bought I guess. I have one on order, supposedly shipping end of the week. Got the more aggressive RTR hood vent being painted at the auto body shop. Got the side skirts coming as well did my own version of the front bumper … picture of my 2022 Mach 1 - I sold awhile ago

Hey, trying to sell my brand new LVA splitter to be used on any 24 GT with RTR splitter installed. Takes place of the rtr undertray extension as well, making your rtr splitter that much more stable and sturdy helping push air more aggressively. I totaled my 24 before having the chance to install and it's taking space in my garage. Take advantage of my need to get it out of my work space please! Sincerely, get this mod for way less than retail! Dm for any questions please!

The RTR splitter looks like a picknick table in front of your vehicle. The stock GT/Performance pack splitter is just a small splitter that sticks out.

So if you plan to take your girlfriend on a picknick very often, choose the RTR.
