It does happen. Fortunately, not often. An earlier thread at 6G highlighted the same with a GT350.

I have never in my lifetime seen so many f*ck ups in the
24 Mustangs. Is it pissed of employees at Flat Rock, their inspectors, and now even some dealers. I’ve bought at least 15 new vehicles Ford, GM, and Chrysler in total . Ford should be reimbursing you trips to a dealership!

Yeah for sure! My GT totally has the DH engine, I CAN FEEL IT IN MY PLUMS!!!

My DH showed up at the dealer with the passenger side air intake seal out of place & the front passenger side marker light that did not light. Fixed both myself because I didn't want the dealer messing with it. Had to loosen & almost remove the bumper cover to get the seal back in place.

The light was not plugged in! Removed some of the push pins & couple of screws from the front wheel liner & reached in & plugged it in till I heard a click. SIMPLE right! Person on the passenger side of that bumper install was having a bad day or just can't do the job properly.
