RTR Rocker Splitters

Purchased the RTR Rocker Splitters. They design looks good and they went on pretty easy. I have to admit I'm a bit underwhelmed. It's an add on the the original splitters, so you can see both. My Mustang has the faux carbon fiber on these, the back fascia, and the front original splitter. Is that a PP thing or do all the GT's have the carbon fiber look? They don't match. From 20' away, it looks good, but the closer you get the more it becomes obvious. Am I too critical on this? $350 worth, just now wish it replaced all the splitter so you couldn't compare both literally side by side. I would never expect a perfect match, but a carbon fiber look versus a flat/satin finish is different is what I'm saying.

I've got the whole kit and love it. Yes, you can see the difference but it lines up with the height of the front splitter so, in my mind, it ties into the front splitter.

Your car, make it the way that you can't stop looking at it, who cares what anyone else thinks

No one has said anything....It's all me. I guess I should just leave it as is as I really do like the looks of it. Hopefully I just go on about my business!! LOL Dirty as hell, but it does look bad ass IMHO.

From far away it looks great but up close my OCD would go crazy.
Personally the mismatch finishes would drive me nuts. The look is cool but since it doesn't match I would not keep it on. Especially at that price. I'm sure in the coming years there will be better aftermarket options to choose from.

If you like it, then keep it!
