I think the wife's car is just a bit more unique. Add some stripey stripes to yours and maybe you will get some compliments.

I am not sure these cars will be caught if they don't want to be. Most police departments are running SUVs and I am not sure how they could keep up with even a GT. Now Motorola and the bear in the air could keep up so it's best not to try. On the other hand I was taking my roommate to physical therapy about three weeks back and I saw a racing red mustang doing over 100 in the fast lane. Passed our pickup like it was standing still.

Bit of a shameless plug here, but I think I get more attention in my Mustang than I do in my Cayman, and I suspect it's for a similar reason as your wife -- better color and decals, hah.

... Though a lot of that is unwanted attention from people trying to race me.

They grabbed her actually. But let her go because the cop said they were doing 96, she said no, we were doing 104 I have it on dash cam if you want to look. She was following FHP on 95 he got over in the right lane then got behind her and pulled her over.
