Had a new gas station open in my city, so I stopped in. They offer a Erhanol Free Unleaded gas (E90). So we’re gonna give it a try and see how it goes.

e90 is 90% ethanol lol... not ethanol free...

Not noticeable (most likely) but it will just make a tad less power.
JPC had their car on a dyno and kept adding Ethanol and picked up pretty significant power

from E10/93 toE20, E30, etc… they took it up around E35 and gained over 20RWHP.

these engines want the E and can compensate for a lighter blend.

I thought you couldn’t go higher than E15 for engine safety?

JPC was data logging trims and it was compensating for quite a high ethanol content stock.

not sure if they ended up full E85 but the car loved it and kept making more power.

I think it still maxed out at 27-28* timing too, SO the computer wanted the octane.

likely higher gains when tuners can add a few more degrees also.

Here in South Dakota most gas is ethanal free, limited stations offer E10 for a discount.
