How do you know it's not accurate if you haven't spoken to your dealer yet?Has anybody had their tracker show as arrived at dealer and it not be accurate? Yesterday my eta got pushed to mid September and today it shows it arrived at the dealer. I contacted my dealer but haven't heard back yet.
I'm not saying it's not accurate, I'm just trying not to get my hopes up until I hear the official word from the dealer. I would be soo happy if it is accurate. I was just wondering if anybody else had encountered this in a situation where the vehicle had not been delivered. Hopefully not! That would be really mean on Ford's part.
The tracker is automated and only updates if an event occurs with your vehicle. It seems like your vehicle was marked as delivered at some point which triggered the tracker to update to 'Final Preparation"
When I got my Mach E last year, tracker showed "Final Preparation" hours before my dealer called me. When my dealer finally called me to let me know it arrived, I said, "Tell me something that I don't already know." When I later linked it up to my FordPass, I was able to tell it arrived at the dealership at 6 p.m. the night before.
Im right there with you! You havent gotten any word on the car going to the ramp yet right? Just a produced and ETA to the dealership?
Yep, a certain someone ;) was suggesting I was full of it when I said it'd be at dealer in less than 48 hours.
I wouldn’t get to excited a lot of us are shipped since last week.
Hopefully that works out to your advantage on getting it sooner and not being stuck in shipping limbo. Dealer is 8 hrs away been shipped since the 18th can say all shipping excitement is gone for me.
