I did the same to mine last week also, but I got my badges through ebay - cost me about $50AUD for the pair. The change-over process was very similar to your video except I used Carpro Tar-X tar and adhesive remover - I sprayed a little around the badges before I used the fishing line to soften the adhesive, and then some more with a plastic scraper blade to remove the residue from the panel.
I also got the black "GT" badge for the boot (trunk...😉) but I haven't changed that one over yet.

I looked at the black pony badge for the grille, but it was about $250US, so I bought a can of Black Gloss Plastidip from Repco and painted it myself - it was fiddly to get off and back on again, but it was easier than trying to mask around it...

I am looking at going with the bronze badges as I want to get bronze wheels once the Pirelli's are done, I will remove the stock rims and replace them with new rims and Michelin P4s. VB50GT can you remove the pony on the front bar without removing the entire bumper bar?. I am still not fully convinced about bronze on metalic grabber blue, still in the research phase, but all black is what everybody is doing, and I like to have something different.

I was toying with going bronze too - Koya do a colour called US Burnt Bronze and I reckon it would look great on the Vapour Blue, but in the end I played it safe and went with a titanium gray, similar to the OEM wheels.

You can get the pony badge off without taking the whole bumper off - I took off the cover over the radiator and reached in through the back of the grille. There are 4 small screws on the back of the badge. The biggest challenge was getting them back on - I dropped the last one and have no idea where it went, so my tip would be to put a towel or drop sheet on the bottom behind the grille to catch one if you do drop it.

After a two year wait, today was the day! :like:

First time Mustang owner, and only the second time I've driven a Mustang, and that was home.
