I also disagree with you I also own a Toyota Tacoma X-Runner and a Mazda CX-90, and I've also owned a 2023 FL5 Honda Civic Type R that I had to replace the windshield on and it did not have any Logo's or Easter eggs on the windshield so I didn't care much about getting an OEM replacement on that car, nether did I on my 2021 Camaro SS 1lE, so the S650 Mustang GT's windshield absolutely is special, Ford also offers a laminated windshield made of two layers of glass with a thin layer of plastic in between as an option which most manufacturers don't do, so once again regrettably I disagree with you Ryan.
Everyone knows about the logo easteregg. Most people know to ask for OEM glass because of the differences like that when getting a replacement. Are you even aware that the the Ford logo has been there since 2015? Its not a new thing. Comparing to your 12 year old Toyata doesn't make the Mustang windshield unique. Just about every new car requires calibration due to cameras and sensors. And lastly, I'm pretty sure everyone is aware how to avoid rocks being kicked up. We don't need it explained like we're 5.

Look, I'm not trying to pee in your cherrios. I'll support any content creator if they share new and relevant information pertainingto Mustangs. But in this case you did neither in a video that could have been easily summarized in 2 minutes.

Much respect to you for being a content creator, it's a very difficult job and only the people that do it understand how much work goes into it, so major props to you and thanks for sharing your video, it was very well done and I wish you much progress and success.
Ok. This is clearly AI spam. Mods to lock this account.

With all due respect, that was one of the most long winded and useless videos I've ever watched. I fail to see one single thing that makes these windshields "a lot more special than other cars". 🤷‍♂️
You know you're going to get some hate when it start out with "with all due respect" haha

Actually, what seems to be special about it is how easily the glass cracked in the first place and the fact that in the video he mentioned that the window repair companies will try to give you a non-OEM windshielf if you let them and you need to specify the correct OEM windshield as the OEM windshield has the logo/insignia on it etc which could be important for resale.

Crazy how people will take the time to comment something negative about someone sharing their experience on the forums, and so what if he has a youtube channel and wants people to see his video? It's a Mustang video. People post a million youtube videos on here about their experience with their Mustang. I tend to appreciate the video content. I've been lurking on the 7g forums but signed up after I saw this thread...

Thanks for sharing your point of view, I once again disagree because my 2025 Mazda CX-90 does not have any logos or Easter eggs on it, neither did my 2023 Honda Civic Type R, neither did my 2024 VW Golf R, or my 2021 Camaro SS 1LE, or my 2024 Nissan Frontier SL, or my2023 Subaru WRX, or my 2021 Subaru WRX STI, so for me and many other people this is all new. You strike me as someone who is an avid Mustang owner and all of this is probably not news to you specifically, and I also don't mean to "pee in your cheerios" as you've elegantly stated, but just because the information isn't valuable to you does not mean it can't be helpful to someone else, so maybe the appropriate course of action in this situation would have been to simply do nothing as the information did not personally pertain to you. I am of the belief that if I don't have anything nice to say I won't say anything at all, unless of course someone addresses me first then of course I will respond in kind.

Thanks a lot I really appreciate it, everyone seems to be really cool on this forum it's really just one person that seems to be unhappy with their life and is instead choosing to lash out at complete strangers to try and make themself feel better.

I just enjoyed the video and I like when people share mustang video content. It's good for the forums if it's relevant, but there seems to be people that for whatever reason don't like people that use youtube to share content. If you would have wrote everything out that was in the video in text, probably nobody would have said anything negative.

BTW did you already install the new mirrors? I'm curious to see what they look like installed.

^This. The fact that as a brand new member you chose to post a link to your YouTube video instead of, starting a discussion first just comes of as spam. And the AI responses don't help.

Well, I would agree with you except that the video content was relevant to the mustang7g ownership experience. If it was a video about how to feed your dogs or something like that, then ok, but it's a thread that is definitely relevant. What's the difference between the video and the picture? Most people wouldnt say anything if it was just a picture of their car. But because they share a video, it's spam? Relaxxxxxxxx

Thanks for the advice I'll try and do that in the future.

His post clearly went over your head. He's lamenting the fact that you just came here to post a link to your video instead of summarizing your points in an actual discussion.

To be honest I'd love to see some videos of that blue mustang in your profile. I like watching mustang content on youtube. I used to post content but I had a 6g and sold it hoping to get a 7g gt500.

Lol I won't take anything you say personally Ryan because I know you don't know me, but I actually hate Ai and would never use it, I don't even know how to use it, I'm open to having a live conversation with you on camera so you can hear everything I say come straight from my mouth. We just think differently, you seem to come from a place of hate, and I come from a place of love so our responses are different, but I acknowledge your criticisms and I'll make the adjustments to do things in a way that won't trigger people like you in the future.
