My fronts were due for replacing anyways so I didnt really care, but the rear has a bubble now so I need 4 new tires.
Im torn between just getting new rubber for the stock wheels and hoping the rim isn't bent any - I dont see any cracks or scrapes but who knows.. I did find a local tire shop thats selling take-offs for $1200 but their Facebook post says they accept foodstamps for payment so I feel like they'd sneak a airtag in the wheels and come steal them later
Or switching to velgen classic5 v2s with Michelin pilot sport 4s (or all seasons?) Was looking at 275/35/r20 front and 305/r30/r20 rear. I dont know much about wheels and offsets. Spending $5k has me hesitant but I would rather not spend $2k on stock tires then finding out i need to spend more on stock rims
Also I somehow drove the car with no air in the front tire for 12 miles @25mph with the first half not even noticeable that I had a flat. After that there was a slight vibration, I get off work at 5am so thankfully there was only a handful of other cars on the road
