They do not have the trunk mat for the cars that have the B&O subwoofer in the trunk.

In case this helps someone… I had a trunk mat from the previous model without the subwoofer. I now have the subwoofer and I didn’t want to buy another trunk mat. There are 3 bolts holding in the subwoofer. If you take all 3 bolts out the mat slips under there perfectly. I re-installed the top bolt and left out the bottom 2. I thought about cutting holes in the mat to install the bottom bolts but it feels secure the way I have it.

They're not hard formed or soft rubber. In person they appear to be a weaved vinyl top layer.

Here's exactly what Tuxmat says about the construction of them.

"TuxMat has a unique three-layer construction material, which is also water proof. The top layer is a highly durable Vinyl made to match vehicle interiors. The middle layer is a heavy-duty EVA foam, making the maximum vertical coverage a reality. The bottom layer is a anti-skid material which protects your vehicle’s carpets from wear and tear."
