Not to our knowledge, no. But, these are a new release, so we would have to wait and see if anyone comes forward due to that.
I will say that the GREEN cat is noted with " Kooks 49 State EPA Legal Ultra High Performance Green Cats"

That said, if you choose to retain the catalytic converters; in theory it shouldn't throw any codes.

If you choose the off-road route, I imagine it would yield a light, yes.

No solid dyno data to provide just yet, but if I had a best educated guess I would say 15-20 HP. Whole hearted guess, however.

I can't vouch for the S650, but I had Kooks green catted headers on my 2015 GT and never had any issues with CEL or passing state inspections.
