Any Check Engine Lights using these? Would they pass a smog test with the catted version? The link says "GREEN catted"; is GREEN an acronym or a brand or stand for something?

Not to our knowledge, no. But, these are a new release, so we would have to wait and see if anyone comes forward due to that.
I will say that the GREEN cat is noted with " Kooks 49 State EPA Legal Ultra High Performance Green Cats"

That said, if you choose to retain the catalytic converters; in theory it shouldn't throw any codes.

If you choose the off-road route, I imagine it would yield a light, yes.
