Just for grins, I would like to know the difference in 3:15 gears and 3:55 gears in a quarter mile. .......and other gears all other things being equal. Of course, the red color is unfair.

And yes AZ, reading is hell....

Doubtful it's a big difference. But the 3.55s definitely feel more snappy off the line. I do think it plays a role in trottle response. I sought out a car with 3.55s for that reason.

No. PP autos come with 3.55s, and PP manuals come with 3.75s. Both have Torsen diffs.

3.55 limited slip diffs are optional on non PP GTs.
