Wow those are exactly what I am looking for. They look amazing. Where did you get them?

I am waiting for these to be restocked at LMR.com

I bought a set from a forum member that were also powder coated gloss black. I love them on my white GT Premium

Yep I saw your wheels on this forum and that was what prompted me to have mine done as well.... looks so much better in my opinion.

Thanks for posting your pics 2025DH. This has been high on my to do list as well and after seeing yours i think that seals the deal. Ive been looking at black after market rims but nothing blows me away. Everything looks like it belongs on a honda or tricked out bmw. Stock wheels are fine.

FYI Ford Performance now sells OEM DH wheels in a satin black, bronze, or gray (OEM). I really love my DH, but the wheels I would have preferred black and the tips of the exhaust polished….black tips….when I have spent countless hours shining up the exhaust tips over the past 50 years……..I don’t get it.

I agree with you the stock wheels are good, I just hated the color. So for $650
I now love my wheels.

Try this on your exhaust tips.....i think you will be impressed with the results....i used it on the black trim as well.....leaves a permanent shine

really. Thats interesting. I wonder how an oem satin black finish compares with a glossy powder black in appearance….

I also wonder what the durability difference between a shops powder coat job is vs an oem paint for a daily driver……

i was quoted just about 800$ for a glossy black powder coat with full tire service(mounting and balancing) so the plan was to bring him new tires when these factory mounted pirellis wear down and have it done at that time. my guess is that this would be substantially less expensive than buying brand new wheels from ford.

Does ford sell the HP wheels in black? Perhaps i should take a look at moving up in wheel/tire size?

I hear HP size tires and wheels arent necessarily the greatest to daily drive in……has anyone made the move from stock darkhorse tires/wheels to HP size and regretted it???
