Steering gets so stiff can hardly turn the wheel with all my might when suspension is under hard load on track during HPDE events.

If I was to make a partly educated guess, the front struts are binding on full or near full compression. But that would be weird with no suspension mods.
Yeah the suspension is fully stock so it does seem weird but I would agree that it it seems like it’s binding up.

Yeah I am leaning towards it being broken. The thing that just makes no sense to me is why it drives perfectly fine and has no issues except for very hard breaking or turns that are very heavily loading up the front suspension. Otherwise it turns how I would expect it to feel.
Something is binding or perhaps the steering assist is cutting off altogether.

I have always run track mode, I should give it a try in a different mode and see maybe it is just programmed too stiff in track. You say you had experienced this problem as well. I feel like something is wrong as I have driven an s650 GT on track and never experienced that as well as before I got my Dark horse I got to track my S550 GT and my father let me try his 2022 GT500 a few times and never had that issue either.
I will be taking the car out this weekend and I'll try to identify if the hard steering is something mechanical or just me trying to overcome the G-force in the corner and get back to you, again this only happens to me when I'm at the car's limits and only on a hairpin right hand turn under heavy breaking from about 80 mph to approx. 35 mph which is the speed I enter the turn, once I start to accelerate out of the turn the steering feels normal.
My car has 2.25 Front Negative Camber and 1.2 in the rear with the stock ride height.

OK, if that is the case, there's not much that would cause that. Bent strut rod, or other internal probs or the spring perches and top mount.

This makes it difficult for me to turn the wheel coming out of the turn. I tried keeping my left hand at the 11 and I had no problems steering in the same turn.
After trying both hand placements I prefer the 7 o'clock to the 11 even if it makes it more difficult to steer because with the limited motion I don't over correct out of the turn.

I hope you get your cars issue figured out.

LOL, well, I am glad you figured it out. Your instructor did not tell you to stop shuffling your hands and keep them just above 9 and 3?

Are these track only settings, or do you drive it this way on the street?

Have you tried other alignments for the track?
I keep the setting the same. It works well for both and haven't had any tire wear issues
I can't get any more Negative Camber with the Factory Camber Plates but I'm happy with the results, so I'll stick with that.

Well, anyway, I am glad you figured out the issue. I hope the original poster is something similar and easy to fix.

Interesting. I did not know you could run 2.5 degrees without wearing the inside of the front tires just cruising on the highway.

Did you do your own alignment or have it done? Do alignment techs understand how to use the Dark Horse camber plates to get that 2.5 degrees?

I drive 70% in town and the rest on the highway, the important this is the get the toe as close to zero as possible, that's what eats up the tires fast.

I did the alignment myself, I've done it on my previous cars, and it's always come out fairly well. I'm not saying it's as good as a shop but to your question, there are a lot of shops that don't or won't align the car with a track setup or even know how.
I maxed out the camber in the front, the back has a little more.
The front isn't bad; the back is more of a challenge.

Can you get more by cutting that hole? If not, does somebody make a bigger hole?
