Steeda CS issue

Anyone here ever tried to order a replacement part from Steeda? I had 2 torque wrenches set up, grabbed the wrong one and stretched one or more bolts on my new Steeda adjustable camber plates for my S650. My fault but Steeda has been unresponsive to emails asking about ordering a replacement on my dime. I'll try and call but just wondering if this is the norm with Steeda or a fluke. TIA

I got left on read when i inquired about the clamps for my H pipe when fully closed still spinning on it. Good thing the shop doing the work had the proper clamps in stock. H pipe is fantastic though
