It is normal and working as designed. Keep an eye on the condition, the auto stop/start should resume functioning during the drive. If it doesn't begin activating after about 45 minutes in one drive, you may have a battery or charge issue that's more than just a few days sitting idle. Look for messages from Ford pass about deep sleep mode. You shouldn't see that for about 10-14 days idle. Another thing you might notice is the passenger side 'intelligent access' may be inactive. This is part of the logic to preserve the battery health.
