While we were very impressed with the time we got on our coil over setup with our S650 HPDE Mustang, we knew we could squeeze more out of it! We're taking you behind the curtain to see what changes we've made and what our plan is next time we go out to Sebring. Is more power and less weight the answer to best our 2:23 lap time? Stay tuned to find out! Get the parts mentioned in the video here:

All of the build is located on our YouTube Page here:

Let me see if I can get this info for you - I don't see it readily available from the YouTube overview.

Thank you. I watched the video that info is not there. A couple of mentions of various parts and how much lighter they are, but now total number with everything. I think it would tick a really important box for many members here. Most are looking for quality lightweighting on these cars.

The stage 3 is looking awesome. You guys are always on top of things.

I wish Steeda was afforded the opportunity of engineering specialty Mustang models direct from ford. I feel like they would knock it out of the park

Weight loss is good, balance is better. And as you put car on a diet, remember HPDE-TT classes are configured based on weight to HP ratio. Lose too much weight without reducing HP, you'll end up in a faster class. Most frustrating if your car is FI.

We started at approximately 3,728 pounds ... reduced down to 3,600 pounds - no driver, quarter tank of gas, race tires & wheels.

We have some more fun to have with it - so I'll ensure they get another weight & publish the results!

Best,

TJ
