Spoiler mounting question.

I have the standard spoiler in my dh. I really like the spoiler that is on the new super snake and would love to upgrade my spoiler. Question is, How is the current spoiler mounted? Are there mounting holes that will need to be filled in the center of the trunk lid or is it just mounted on the corners?

There is a spoiler module now that mounts to the the trunk. The spoiler then mounts to that.

You remove the DH spoiler there will be exposed mounting holes. Like duff sez, there is now a separate module that bolts on to the trunk. You can drill fresh mounting holes in that.

Look on youtube for DH spoiler installation videos…you’ll have all your questions answered.

I did mine already. Buy 30# braided fishing line before you get started. You're going to need it.

If he goes with that new spoiler, he won’t have to remove the DH one. Just remove the module and replace with a new one.

Speaking of which, how much do you think someone would be willing to pay for his old spoiler? Isn't that the same one that appears on the GT?
