I had the wrong link. I updated it. these are matte and are $130.Glossy seems like a bad idea for these IMO and $190 also seems excessive.
Please let us know. With pics, please. I have the ZL1 Deluxe ones and I’m a little disappointed in them.I just pulled the trigger on them. I'll let you know if they suck.
It came with 2-sided tape but I did not use it. I did not see a place that made sense to use it. They seem sturdy enough without.PBBLASTER, Thanks for sharing your experience with these. They look good on your Mustang. You did not mention this so I wanted to ask if you used any 3M tape.
Thanks again.
Just tried installing...back went on fine, can't get the larger push pins in the front to reinstall...help?I installed them last night. There were no instructions. They say so on ebay so that was not a suprise.
They fit the body well and look as good as something like this can. They seem to be secured well. I do not plan to use scratch-o- matic so I will not be able to comment on that.
I had to drill out the lower 2 holes on the fronts to 9mm. I had to use a longer plastic rivet at the top hole on the front because the factory was only long enough for OE configuration. I also reamed the top holes to accomidate the slightly larger rivet i substituted.
The rears went on without any mods. I did not have to remove the wheels. I just turned the front wheels out of the way.
If i could change anything i would prefer they were maded from a softer plastic like ABS. These feel like polystyrene and that makes sense as that material holds paint very well overall I am satisfied with them for $130.
Saw your comment about drilling the front lower holes out to 9mm...makes sense now. Gonna try that and finish install today. BTW, I did, in fact, use the 3M tape and it went on really wellJust tried installing...back went on fine, can't get the larger push pins in the front to reinstall...help?
