My order was scheduled for the week of 12/04, went into production on 12/07 and the status hasn't been updated on the tracker since. When I talked to the rep on the chat he said it will be delivered before Christmas, am I missing something, or should I be worried, I need a pacifier

From my understanding, after its in production, the tracker is very unreliable

I'd not be concerned.

The line is only operational for several days of the month. When a car enters the line, it won't necessarily exit and be completed that day or week. Additionally, we're in Holiday mode. People taking vacation, things are slow, etc. Finally, the Tracker is not 100% accurate; it's often updated after-the-fact.

Worst case, you're waiting parts, people or they are going to correct something. I'd much rather it stay parked at the plant than anywhere else.
