Attached are three images. One is my passenger side skirt, which seems to have come off a little. I didn't want to mess with it until I asked y'all since I'm not a mechanically inclined person and I feel like I'd make it worse 'cause I don't know what I'm doing. The other two images are of something I don't know the name of, but they're below my car next to the pinch welds. One of the images is of a broken one, and the other is a not broken one. There are two broken ones total, both on the passenger side.

So, two questions:
1. What should I do to repair my side skirt? Does it just snap back into place or does it require something else?
2. What are the things in the other images called and can I replace them quite easily?

I guess that was four questions...
Thanks in advance, and as always, I apologize for these questions if they seem extremely dumb.

The plastic retainers were a pain for me. Just stuck my fingers in there and kept pulling and twisting until they snapped back into where they were supposed to be. As for the side skirt, after I got the retainers in place, I put a floor jack beneath it and jacked it up until it snapped back. If it doesn't snap back, then I'm not sure what else to do. Maybe take the whole thing off and reinstall it?

FWIW now, I had a similar issue after having a "scrape" with a tall curb. Two of the pins were pulled out completely and left at the scene, which I later recovered. Three other clips were like yours shown, the "ears" pulled over the pin. So, I heated the immediate area with a hair dryer which made it easier to twist the ears back into position over the pin. I'll re-install the pins which were pulled out, they look usable.
