The accent color is interior color not exterior color. Space gray gets a gray stripe, etc.

The synopsis is that only 401A gets interior matched seat belt, while other trims can option a special color seatbelt depending on interior and exterior color combo
Edit: Ecoboost high performance package also gets colored seatbelt
