Interesting. I think the beginning of November is the planned cutover from MY24 to MY25 builds. When did you order and what spec?

Wow - I thought my car was slow!

I think all the UK DH cars for MY24 had the appearance pack which is most likely the reason.

It has the sort of information that live chat used to be able to access. Hopefully our dealers will be able to access it as well. It's not even a Ford store or even a multi site franchise. They have one Ford dealership!

Did the guy you are talking too let you know what system he was using to track the cars?

My expected delivery to the dealer date has come forward to the 8th October now (was 12th a couple of days ago) and Live chat said the vehicle location is not showing on their system which suggested to him the car is on a ship. That would fit in with it being on Atlantic Sail arriving Antwerp September 19th. The date change does at least suggest it is moving!

Looking good, i was torn between all of the blues and despite liking turquoise that colour is a bit to flat for me.
Was it an Auto ?

According to live chat (which is now much easier to use) my car is now in the UK but i'll believe it when i get a dealer update.

Also i have no trade ins

Fair enough the higher price if you want to walk out the door today rather than wait 6 months or more.

In that case it should of gone compound out on vista, as a ship is not a compound.
Hopefully there is less queue in Antwerp now or they're off their summer holidays or something as my car spent 19 days there and then 8+ days in flushing.
Most of the time my car would make up time entering a compound and then on the next update it would go back to the original date, and then slip further and further behind.

On live chat the target delivery date for mine has rolled back to the 3rd August which is the original date it had when it left the factory. Live chat realise this is now a month in the past, apologise for the delay and suggest contacting my dealer for an update.

I've posted all of the estimated delivery weeks in my signature.

For ref the 8th and 12th of October as both in week 41, a week i was once given!
Depending on who you speak to on live chat you either get the date at the end of the week or the actual day of the week they plan for it to arrive.

I really thought they'd zoned into next week for my car as i was given week ending 14th, then 10th-14th, then 11th-13th and eventually Thursday 12th September and now its Saturday 3rd August

Target delivery date and ETA to dealer are two different things though

Target delivery date for mine was in August and doesn't change other than it is now in red on Vista. ETA to dealer is the one that is changing

When live chat gives me a date they say it's TDD or at least they have recently. Which is the only date that's never changed on vista. Mine went red when there was less than 30 days to go.

The date I have been given is always ETA to dealer, Live chat and Vista (when updated) match. My TDD was in August and never changes since it went by.

Do wonder if anyone who has ordered a car has actually got one yet or if it's just the unsold cars coming through to sit in show rooms.

If you get one at all. The Dark Horse is a 2024-only model in Australia, so could potentially be the same in the UK.
