Rev Match and Cool Vent Air

Car back on the road today after winter storage. Need help with the following:

1. I have forgotten how to disable rev match in my manual DH - anyone know how to do that?

2. I couldn't get cool air to blow through the dash vents today no matter how low I turned down the temperature setting - just warm air would come out. Could only get cool air if I turned on the A/C. Outside air temperature was about 70F. Any ideas??

Bottom Right for Rev Match

I just leave A/C on and turn temp up or shut off completely and crack windows. Never felt like ambient temp outside air when attempting to use vents alone.
