Resonance at 55

My brand new 2024 GT convertible (700 miles) has a resonance - type sound at 55 MPH that resembles the sound from a sub woofer. I removed the sub woofer, and it's still there. Will go back to the dealer with this, but not hopeful. Exhaust resonance? It doesn't have active valve exhaust.

Thanks for your response. It's similar to the sound of a subwoofer, but I removed the subwoofer and the sound is still there.

I'm with @Zig ...................my GT has the 265/35R/20 Goodyear all seasons. Dang! They make enough tire hum going down the road to where I can barely hear any exhaust note (normal mode AE) at any cruising speed (i.e. 60-80 MPH).

PS: I miss the Conti DWS +s on my RS!

I think I’m getting a similar noise. I have the PP and active exhaust. I’ve played around and changed the exhaust settings and still notice.

Does it sound like a very brief low subwoofer rumble? I thought I had something loose in the trunk but didn’t see anything.

Yes, it's very similar to a subwoofer rumble. I'm scheduled with a Ford tech rep Wednesday. Will post if he has a fix.

I have to make an appointment since my AC went out. Was going to add this to the list of things to get looked at.
