Anyone want to try identifying this noise? Coming from the midpipe area (I think). Stock exhaust besides Kooks Catless LTH. Also has ghost cam/pop tune. Hear it on a start, rapid acceleration, and braking. Thanks in advance!

I have the same noise. Almost the same setup except no ghost cam and I'm using a Stainless Works catback with catless LTH. I hear mine primarily on the driver side but have no clue what's causing it and my lift is down so I haven't been able to get back under it and check.

I’m taking mine into the shop tomorrow (same place that installed the headers) and they’re going to take a look at it, I’ll send an update and let you know what they find!

Appreciate it. Definitely interested in what they find out.

Interesting. I have a 2024 Eco-Boost, and I hear about the same noise, but at half the frequency. Plus, a vibration—almost like something is rubbing the frame—at certain engine RPMs. The dealer has looked twice and can't see any issues. While NVH is a Ford's #1 aim, sometimes they just miss the point!

Ended up being 2 things, something wrong with the O2 sensors mini catalytic converters for the headers, so I ordered new ones from JCarPart. Second thing was something that got destroyed in my resonator because of the pop/flame tune, luckily my shop had a spare X-Pile lying around so he just installed that and threw out the resonator. All in all, the diagnosis, labor, and parts ran me $250 flat and the problem is gone! I hope this helps you!

Thanks for the update. I had a feeling it was a resonator issue. The catback I have has resonated mid pipes so that would explain why mine sounds similar.

Yeah if anything I’d just recommend to get an X or H pipe
