Racing stripes removable?

So I found a second Mustang to add to my stable and it is almost as how I want it. It only misses the red brake calipers and the Nite Pony Package.

Because this car is already black, I don't find it that disturbing to add the black emblems myself in a later stage to make it look like the Nite Pony package.

But this car has this racing stripes which I really dislike. I asked the dealership and they said they can remove it. Is it really removable or are these stripes painted?
