Problems with automatic transmission

Hi everyone, I'm having a problem with the transmission in my 2024 Mustang EcoBoost. When I'm driving in Sport mode and the car shifts from 4th to 5th gear, there's a strong jerk and I think the RPMs drop momentarily. This only happens in Sport mode, and I wanted to know if anyone has had a similar problem or has any idea what it could be.

How many miles on it? Also does it happen intermittently or always? I have a dark horse and when I was breaking it in mine would jerk like that once while, now it's fine doesn't do that anymore.

This doesn't happen all the time, it only happens occasionally, but it's always between gears 4 and 5.I currently have 7000 miles on my car

Hmm, not sure but I will say the car is much shiftyer in sport mode. Maybe you can do a reset of the computer learning thing, im blanking on the name exactly.

Muchas gracias por su respuesta. Mañana llevaré el coche al taller oficial de Ford para ver qué me dicen, pero parece una buena idea, aunque no sé cómo hacerlo. Intentaré buscar información al respecto.

Thank you so much for your reply. I'll take the car to the Ford service center tomorrow to see what they say, but that seems like a good idea, although I don't know how to do it. I'll try to find some information about it.
