Primary dash screen settings

Has anyone had issues with the user interface for the primary dash screen changing to fox body mode even when you had it setup in your settings to show something else? I used to have it saved in my profile for the sport dash, however every time I get in the default goes to fox body. I've deleted my profile, deleted the key fob, cleared out all the settings, but as soon as I put it back in how I want, everything reverts back. I'm assuming this is a glitch as it just started doing it. Curious if others have seen this and what they have done to remedy.

Not sure but on other Fords I have you can have the fob etc. but if you use the Ford Pass App it clears everything out like you are a new user. In my Mach E it even takes you off the profile, so you must reactivate the profile when you get in and start it up. Hopefully someday soon I will be able to play with the dash in person (Build Date is now 10-16-23)

I had a similar problem.
It was fine for a day but then it started.
Every time mine would go to the Calm screen.
I tried everything. Factory reset included (which does not reset everything).

I ended up disabling profiles for now, it has to be a bug...

It would only do it on profile #1

Thanks for the heads up. I'll try using another profile other than 1 and see what happens.

Mine seemed to snap out of it. I'm not sure if an OTA update was done or something, but I haven't experienced any issues with it changing lately.

Mine was periodically setting to the Fox screen as well. Now I get a random set to the sport screen. This happens despite the fact the setting says to select according to the drive mode.

Even going to my custom option it won't change the screen once it resets with no input from me.
