I read one as being plastic, the other, true carbon fiber.

The cheaper one, in the description:

"Material - Made of high quality ABS plastic material , Three-layer processing: 1/Background black paint, 2/carbon fiber pattern paint,3/Transparent UV in great finished with great luster (not Real carbon fiber)"

Re-processed plastic, from China. Note to self: wear gloves. Do not touch face after touching handle.

To the second, more expensive piece:

"Material: Real Carbon Fiber"

IMO, while both door handle covers, they are not the same images. Two completely different pieces.
