Power for vent mounted boost gauge

Hope this is the right section.

Need a switched 12v source for a gauge in the left vent. SPE mentions one in the pillar but can anyone be more specific or tell me a better source?

I prefer to take power from an unused fuse holder if possible. Failing that, a fuse piggyback from a minor circuit.
