OEM glass windshields

Got a cracked windshield(nothing new in AZ)and the guy I use has 25 years experience and small business owner. After cleaning he noticed in the corner two small bubbles indicating delamination. Going back to the distributor that 5 other windshields with defects. Going to another distributor they are having some brought in. Hope he can find a good one. Be picky on your installer. Im glad to have someone that cares to do the job right.

While not involved in your experience, I've read of several poor installs with the national chains, especially when calibrating the electronics. I agree: local is often best; they've got some skin in the game and often care way more for our vehicles.

Some Ford dealers have well-run collision centers and are also very good at replacing.
