New Estimated Delivery Date

Just went on the ford tracker to see if there was any update on my Mustang order and I now have an estimated delivery date of 7/26-8/1 but the car still has not shipped according to the website.

The car was built on 7/1 and had an ETA of 7/10-7/16 originally but that date came and went. When I called my dealership my sales person told me they didn’t know what was taking so long and that they can only see what I see.

The car is being delivered to Louisville KY and is marked as being delivered by convoy on the window sticker to which the dealer is only 5 1/2 hours from flat rock.

With no answer it makes me wonder what has delayed the shipment…. Quality Hold??? Shipment delay??? Weather damage???

I really hope I can get it soon, I was hoping to be able to enjoy the summer with it some.

There was 15,000 cars damaged by a hail storm, I do believe, which coincides with your time frame. It might be sitting on a rail car waiting to be unloaded, or sitting on the shipping yard

There was no way it was anywhere near 15,000. That's 1/3rd of production for the year.
