I have a stock 2024 Dark Horse.. i am wanting to do a bunch of upgrades over time and would love some advice on what to do first. I'd also love to hear or see how carbon fiber will look with my carbonized metallic Grey car.
S650 Mustang need suggestions on upgrade path.. 20250906_123416

Ehat I know i want to upgrade is get a super snake style hood.

Carbon rear diffuser
Carbon side skirts, mirrors, carbon front diffuser and maybe bumper or full front end, gt500 spoiler , carbon radiator cover.

What would you guys upgrade first? I'm thinking either mirrors or radiator cover for pretty cheap or go with hood or spoiler.

Are you talking shift knob? I really like the titanium shift knob on the dark horse.

I was not referring that you need to change out the shift knob, the titanium shift knob is a winner IMO, I was just saying I start small on the mods i do and work my way up :)

I get it. That's why I am thinking mirrors first or radiator cover.

If you want to upgrade the handling, I installed the steeda stop the hop kit + progressive springs and the car looks great & handles much better. Totally worth it.

Let me know if I can help assist with any suspension support - you can reach me at [email protected]!

IRS Braces are a solid first upgrade - one of the first we recommend!

My Dark Horse premium is a Shadow Black, 700a, HP, AP, Recaros and the Tremec 6spd. The first modification was Tinted windows. Then a Whipple supercharger. Then the Steeda Stop the hop kit. Then DSS 2000 hp rear axles. Then Mickey Thompson Street ET 325 40 19 rear tires. I just love it. I know you will love yours.

Put a Steeda 4 point K member brace on the bottom and it will steer totally different. Put a Steeda stop the hop starter kit on and the rear end will stay planted to the ground. Put Steeda sport progressive lowering springs so it points directly where you want it to steer plus gives it a slammed look without too much scraping. Put Steeda adjustable front and rear sway bars in so the beast between your legs is absolutely on rails. Put on a Corsa double h pipe and corsa sport exhaust so it screams when you push the pedal through the floor.

Cosmetics are next.

Tires and wheels when the OEM rubber is bald.

At least that's my path so far and I cannot reccomend it enough with the amount of difference these mods made.
