2024 Mustang GT convertible, loaded with all available options except Recaro seats. No ventilation!

Rapid Red. Boring? Not to me.

My last Mustang, a GT convertible, was a 1988. This one is WAY BETTER!

At 80 years young and after 14 other cars, it was time.

I drive a 2024 Escape dailey, and the wife has a 2026 Lincoln LS with 60K miles. Looks as new.

I had the underside clear undercoated, including inside the frame. That includes the wheel well holes in the front wheel wells, which I will seal. The car has never been driven in the rain. It has not been in the rain unless it was in the dealer lot, and since I ordered it and received it as soon as I was notified it was delivered, probably not.
It was stored in a temperature-controlled building over Winter.
It was professionally ceramic-coated. I sealed the interior with MAXL, which I believe should protect it since it is garage-kept, covered.

No ventilation, you don’t need it cuz your biggest ventilation is the top down! LOL!

you know, i get this faint feeling that you maybe, just maybe like red a bit...

joking aside, that looks absolutely awesome. red on red on red with bronze looks awesome. red or green with bronze and white or yellow with black are (in my opinion) the only 4 color combinations that look perfect, always.

if you like that bright red, you might be interested in swapping out your seat belts for the race red ones. they have no stripe in them, but will bring some of the exterior color inside.

also, good choice on the 2.0L in the Escape. the 1.5L is notorious for things like coolant intrusion, water pump failure, fuel injector failure, being underpowered, and being a 3 cylinder. one of the techs at my work has a literal collection of failed 1.5L water pumps, and it isnt small

Nice car ! šŸ‘ Don't let it own you , and drive it like you stole it ! These cars are meant to be driven , not to exhibit in a garage. 🤘

Really like the two-tone seats and red piping, wasn't available when we got ours. Out in the sun, the color almost looks race red.
