For me: records 78 RPM and so forth.
1/4 inch R2R tape.
Play tape.
Cassette
8-track
Digital tape.

Along the same lines, my wife drives a 2024 VW Atlas and despite all of it's high tech features wanted a CD player so she can listen to books on CD from the library.

Easy to plug a CD player into a USB port and away it goes.

There are people like my wife out there :)
Dont forget the maligned laserdisc

I just tried that. It worked!
Perhaps the software wasn't fully booted up before.
Now I'd like to add the album artwork for each folder. VERY minor.
Update:

I used a free Windows utility called "MP3Tag" to add the album artwork. It can do it in batch mode so you don't have to "touch" each song on an album.
