Interesting. Drove mine with the top down all summer long and never once thought there was an issue with cabin aero. To each their own.

I purchased this wind deflector for 40 bucks - facebook marketplace. These fit an Audi A4. They "fold up" - in half then in half again, then into a cover, to easily fit in the trunk with your luggage or "other stuff". The mounting pins are spring loaded and the modification to the Mustang are a couple of small holes drilled into the plastic trim behind the rear seats. No straps or buckles .... rear seat belts secure the horizontal panel. Best 40 bucks I've spent in a long time .......... Actually, the best 40 bucks spent on the wife in a long time LOL

Have one and very much like it. It began to slide forward after a while. Cured that by gluing two .32 caliber lead bullet "hold backs" in place; unobtrusive and work well.

When I have the top down the wind noise isn't noticeable, road noise yes.

I have the same unit, It isn't noticeably quieter.
I have a decibel meter, I'll see if it can pick up a difference,

I had one for my Saab convertible. It worked great and allowed you to leave objects in the rear seat. Mine came with the car. I don't think I would buy one for $465, but you never know? Gotta love those miles points! Glenn

Interesting. I really think the wind with the top down is very reasonable. I haven't noticed a big need for something like this. I do like the execution though. Not bad looking.

I was going to reply that the wind never bothers me with the top down, but I am also a motorcyclist, so maybe that's why.
