Is this induction noise or something else?

I noticed this sound when I accelerate between 3k-4k rpm then it's "gone" or buried under the exhaust sound. It sounds similar to the induction noise but can't tell. The car is running fine , Auir/fuel ratio or vacuum does not change when this noise is present. It can also be heard from both sides (driver/passenger). Sound was always present, both at stock filters and steeda high flow filters.

I assume your talking about the whistle? Yeah its normal, my DH would have a whistle from the intake under certain conditions. Once I removed the carbon traps and changed my filters it got louder. Just part of having a good flowing intake.
