That looks like the 5Spurs Cup Holder Armrest.
They are based in the UK, and when I last contacted them 6 weeks ago, Kevin said he was "pushing the 2024 version to production".
Nothing for the S650 appears on their website as yet, but you can check the S550 version for a taste of what's coming.
